Empress Hexena Xylusc arrived before Evelynn. She glanced at her before gazing at Myria.
"Will she be fine?"
"Not a problem. She might need to take rest for three days."
"You go look after your friends. Unfortunately, I harmed them."

Empress Hexena Xylusc nodded lightly, "Don't worry. It was unavoidable as they committed a huge sin by scheming against you. It is unexpected that they would target my inheritor to reawaken me. They deserve death."
"You know you don't want them to die," Evelynn replied.
"…"
Empress Hexena Xylusc took a deep breath, her bosoms heaving, "I owe you a lifetime."
Evelynn didn't reply anymore. She still had her eyes closed, appearing to focus on recovering.
Empress Hexena Xylusc turned around to leave.
She quickly arrived before the Ancestors and helped them up.
"Alissara… Lissana, you two have been… naughty…"
She carried their fainted bodies on her shoulders, moving them to a bed she summoned. These two not only provided her with a body but a spatial ring full of supplies and a life ring full of healthy items. Their care for her knew no bounds, making her feel emotional.
She was willing to bet that if it weren't for these two, the clan would've never taken the effort and crossed many adversities to create a formation like this to hex her back to life. She felt ridiculous.
Looking around, she recognized no one from the past. Even with Evelynn's memories that were no longer as clear as before, she could tell that only these two survived and became Ancestors of this clan. As for the rest, it seems like they all perished, including her father and mother.
It brought her much sorrow, but shook her head, choosing to live in the present and repay all debts and enmities.
"Holy peaks~ She really looks like big sister Evelynn~" Tia exclaimed.
If it weren't for their nose and lips that were in different shapes, they would practically appear the same as they had the same facial structure, not to mention height and body type. However, Tia recognized more differences. She knew why since Evelynn gave birth and became more mature while Empress Hexena Xylusc remained the same.
"They were indeed holy peaks…" Katherine said with a low voice.
She didn't know why everyone else had bountiful harvests while she did not. It was unfair.
"…" Hailac had no comment.
She was blessed with good genes to not worry about it as much.
After a few hours, everything settled down.
The eight pillars protected Empress Hexena Xylusc as if their life depended on it.
Finally, the coronation ceremony took place in the next three days. Evelynn also gave her permission since she didn't want to be here and wanted to be with Davis.
It was also one of the reasons she wanted to revive Empress Hexena Xylusc. She realized that leading a group of people who could listen sometimes and not listen sometimes was a huge headache.
She couldn't wait to get back already.
However, she was willing to help them, so she stayed.
Evelynn and the others were back in their accommodation. At this moment, Empress Hexena Xylusc entered.
"Evelynn~"
Empress Hexena Xylusc looked at Evelynn and uttered in a complicated voice.
"Empress Hexena." Evelynn nodded with a light smile.
She looked at her elegant movements, finally realizing that most of her movements and majestic aura came from this woman. A bloodline truly has innumerable effects on one's body.
"Don't call me that. In front of you, I'm nothing. I would like to be your sworn sister."
"Is that so?" Evelynn felt honored, "Then… Hexena, I presume the coronation ceremony has ended. I apologize since I couldn't attend."
"Don't be." Empress Hexena Xylusc quickly said as she came closer and raised her hand, "You have injured yourself for me. I hope you have healed back with Saintess Myria's wondrous healing methods."
"…" Myria blinked, "Didn't you call me Fiend Myria when you talked to Davis about me?"
"Ahh, my apologies. If I have offended you, please forgive me."
Empress Hexena Xylusc looked embarrassed before she cupped her hands and bowed toward Myria, causing Myria to look away.
Myria felt a bit embarrassed since it wasn't like her to bring it up. She wouldn't care usually, but she didn't want Davis to see her as a Fiend anymore. She wanted to erase from his mind that she even went crazy enough to have hatred against the world.
"So what's the next move?" Evelynn continued.
Empress Hexena Xylusc looked solemn, "As I have previously stated, this debt cannot be returned for a lifetime. My life is yours to command. For that reason, you will become the ruler of the Three-Eyed Chromatic Hex Arachnid Clan."
"…?"
Empress Hexena Xylusc smiled, "It isn't like a clan can't have two Empresses. I will be the Hex Arachnid Empress, while you will be the Chromatic Hex Empress. It is a title that belongs to the strongest of us."
"…? I don't want." Evelynn looked unsure before she shook her head.
"No, your presence is of the utmost importance to my clan. With you and the Divine Emperor of Death aiding us, I am confident that we can not only survive but also rise to snatch back our glory and reputation."
Empress Hexena Xylusc went on her knees and bowed her head, "Please accept my request, Chromatic Hex Empress."

Evelynn's expression turned solemn. Her body nearly moved to make Empress Hexena Xylusc stand up but she chose not to, taking a deep breath.
"Are you aware that joining us would mean that even if you manage to gain supremacy, you will never be rid of the word 'evil' from your race?"
"If the world deems us 'evil', that will be what we will become."
Empress Hexena Xylusc raised her head, "The consequences of cornering our race for no reason will be shouldered by those who shamelessly took part in vilifying us. This… I cannot let them escape from me even if I were to burn in the flames of purgatory."

Evelynn finally moved and made Empress Hexena Xylusc stand up.
"I see you have finally conquered your Heart Demon."
She knew the 'good' Empress Hexena Xylusc would've never uttered something like that, while the 'evil' Empress Hexena Xylusc would be much more ruthless, not caring about the clan at all.
"Thanks to you consuming us and giving me a peaceful death~"
Empress Hexena Xylusc grabbed Evelynn's hand, her gaze full of gratitude. She was able to let go of everything when she died, and so her Heart Demon also gave up. When she was revived, she was one full whole of herself. She couldn't help but turn to look at Myria, wondering if she also had a hand in her smooth revival.
It was like she didn't have any problems with her soul at all.
However, she was still at the Immortal King Beast Stage, and her body was barely Emperor-Tier, appearing to be on the brink of regressing. She was able to emulate Emperor-Tier aura but her power was worse than a King-Tier Chromatic Hex Arachnid.
Evidently, this was due to the blood essence her body regenerated from not being up to mark.
She realized that, eventually, her bloodline tier would drop to normalcy. The faster she used her energy to battle and do other things, the faster it would happen.
However, she wasn't worried since she vaguely had knowledge that the Davis Family was able to cure and even improve her bloodline.
After they conversed, it was Evelynn's coronation ceremony. However, she didn't bother with the specifics and headed straight to the throne hall.

She sat on the throne as she told the people of the Three-Eyed Chromatic Hex Arachnid Clan to be at ease. It could be seen they had fully accepted her as their ruler as she managed to revive their Hex Arachnid Empress.
At the front, even Empress Hexena Xylusc was cheering for her, making her feel embarrassed.

But still, she couldn't help but wonder why she accepted this role when she had the thought of returning back to Davis.
Nonetheless, since she was here, she nodded at them while sitting majestically.
"What is the emergency you spoke of before?"
"Reporting to the Chromatic Hex Empress, our scouts have found that there is a major movement within the Pyraxis Ember Arachnid. We believe that they have gathered their forces two days ago and are currently on their way to invade us. We fear that our hideout could be already exposed."
Evelyn narrowed her eyes.
This was one of the reasons she skipped the formalities of the ceremony.
"That's really strange. For them to make a move right now, I suspect there's a spy here."
The moment she said that- the hall went silent.
Normally, it would've caused them to all be furious as they prioritized unity and managed to come this far. Otherwise, they felt like they wouldn't have survived. However, the timing was too good to be true. They also felt that there must be a spy, but having lived in unity for so long, they dared not utter such a delusional thing.
