Since Xing Chen had to work, he had limited time to integrate the power of the Tara people. Therefore, the broader work of uniting their common will to resist was actually left to Theresa.
"It should be here."
Xing Chen asked Helen for the address of the injured worker, then gave it to Theresa, asking her to visit the unfortunate man on behalf of the workers.
"Excuse me, is this Mr. William's house?"
Theresa gently knocked on the thin tin door. A dirty Feline woman cautiously opened a crack. Seeing her black pointed horns, she immediately intended to close the door.
However, her strength and reaction speed could not compare to the top combat power of the Sarkaz. Theresa easily gained control of the door.
"Demon... What do you want? We have nothing here."
"I'm not here to steal things..."
"Alright, let her in. I know her... Theresa, right? She is Xing Chen's wife."
Theresa was a little embarrassed, but she did not choose to explain. She did indeed have feelings for Xing Chen that went beyond ordinary friendship.

Taking things directly would easily be discovered by the Victoria people. However, after these stolen goods were circulated through other people's hands, their origin would become completely untraceable.
Some workers had no children, but those who did, unable to provide their children with education, could only send them to work as child laborers. Theresa's goal was to win over the latter.
But soon, this meeting turned into a condemnation rally. Theresa discovered that the vision she described for Babel was equally applicable in Tara.
It was even easier to achieve because the Tara people were an oppressed group, whereas Babel was composed of idealists from different races.
"The oppression of the Victoria people is endless. Are you willing to watch your generations suffer this injustice?"
"Yes, I was injured, and they fired me without compensation. My eldest son died in there, and they only gave me a few moldy potatoes." A Feline in the crowd immediately followed up.
No one understood discrimination and oppression better than the Sarkaz. Theresa quickly began to gain the empathy of everyone present.
"We should break these chains that bind us through resistance, so that we and our descendants can sleep peacefully in a better tomorrow."
"We want to expel the Victoria people! We want independence! We want a better life!"
Theresa gradually understood some of Xing Chen's thoughts. Looking at the agitated Tara people, she shook her head, casting away the idea of recreating Babel.
The crowd's commotion grew louder, but for now, they were not ready for armed resistance.
Theresa raised her hand, signaling for everyone to listen to her, "We need to prepare, mobilize more Tara people, gain the support of more forces, and deliver a fatal blow to the Victoria people."
"But we don't have Art units, nor do we have military-grade weapons." Among the agitated crowd, there were also people who thought calmly.
"Who said we don't? Aren't there Tara-composed regiments in the local troops? They are also targets we should win over."

The meeting ended. The attendees carried their hatred for Victoria to their family and friends who did not attend. The seeds of rebellion would take root and sprout in this small town.
