Elder An frowned. “The climate poses too great a challenge. With our current technology, constructing a wall would be difficult.”
In the freezing cold, such a massive project faced countless technical hurdles.
“Also, this idea has been proposed before. But reality doesn’t permit it. Black Dragon City cannot defend against mutated lifeforms while diverting massive manpower to construction.
