In the spacious manor, a conference table stood in the center of the main hall.
The four people sitting on either side were Professor X Charles, Magneto Erik, S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Nick Fury, and S.H.I.E.L.D. Director Pierce.
They were holding a meeting, discussing whether Mutants should be allowed to join S.H.I.E.L.D.
The reason these four were sitting together was that they needed to obey another person's decision.
A year ago, this person traveled to this World, and his power quickly changed everyone's perception.
This person was Zhai Nizi, who was sitting in the main seat in the middle, constantly yawning.
Pierce pointed at Professor X and Magneto opposite him, and respectfully said to Zhai Nizi:
"The war between them has never ceased, and civilians have suffered too much, so people are increasingly disgusted with Mutants. But if they join S.H.I.E.L.D. and agree to three rules, they can be better restrained."
"Are you treating us like mad dogs, trying to leash us? The last person who thought that has been dead by my hand for a long time!"
Magneto responded angrily when he heard Pierce's statement.
Professor X also responded:
"Our internal strife among Mutants has indeed never ceased, but humans also have internal strife. Don't pin this crime on Mutants. Some of our companions have indeed caused harm to humans, but you humans have also harmed us."
Just as Pierce was about to retort, Zhai Nizi slapped the table, and Pierce had to swallow the words that were on the tip of his tongue.
"Ultimately, it's still about how Mutants and humans get along. I'm not interested in this; otherwise, I would have cleaned up one of you long ago."
After Zhai Nizi finished speaking, none of the four dared to speak again; they knew this was true.

A year ago, at the launch ceremony of the Sentinel program, Magneto, a showman, controlled the Sentinel Robots while bringing a stadium to wage war on humanity.
But then Zhai Nizi appeared, and in less than a few minutes, he destroyed all the Sentinel Robots and personally killed Dr. Bolivar, who designed the Sentinel.
This caused both the Mutants and the Military present to simultaneously turn their attention to Zhai Nizi.
After a volley of dense gunfire, not only did the Military's weapons fail to cause him any harm, but in the blink of an eye, the weapons turned into scrap metal, and the soldiers became corpses.
Then, Professor X tried to mentally control Zhai Nizi, but in less than a minute, he convulsed all over and became unconscious.
Magneto didn't believe such a thing could happen. He kept throwing metal at Zhai Nizi, but Zhai Nizi grabbed a steel bar controlled by Magneto and struck Magneto on the head, making Magneto fall into a childlike sleep.

For the next year, both the Military and the Mutants tried to challenge Zhai Nizi multiple times, but their sacrifices only made the World more deeply aware of Zhai Nizi's power.
Magneto felt this most deeply; he once led members of the Hellfire Club to attack Zhai Nizi.
As expected, they were almost wiped out, with Red Devil and others dying in this battle, until Magneto promised not to attack Zhai Nizi again, which allowed him to escape with his life.
But what Magneto didn't know was that Zhai Nizi valued him greatly, which was why he showed him leniency; otherwise, Magneto would have had no chance of survival.
Later, to appease Zhai Nizi, the Military gave him a manor and also promised to pay a huge sum as "mental compensation" every year.

After Zhai Nizi finished speaking, all four nodded. Pierce's face was full of disappointment, but he didn't dare to complain, only glaring fiercely at Professor X and Magneto, who also stared back at Pierce.
Zhai Nizi ignored them and called out: "Emma!"
This sudden shout startled all four of them. They all turned their gaze to Zhai Nizi's face, trying to judge what to do next by observing his expression.
A moment later, a beautiful lady walked in, carrying fruit and pastries.
She was the White Queen—Emma Grace Frost.
A member of the Hellfire Club, and a survivor of the attack initiated by Magneto.
The White Queen placed the fruit and pastries on the table and looked at Zhai Nizi with captivating eyes:
"Master, please enjoy."
She was even more beautiful and charming than before, and her face looked even younger.
"Emma? I thought you were dead."
Magneto stared, dumbfounded. He couldn't believe the White Queen would have such a big change.
"This is all thanks to Master's grace for not killing me. I will definitely repay Master well."
As the White Queen spoke, her gaze never left Zhai Nizi; her eyes for him were practically dripping with affection.
Professor X looked at the scene before him and unconsciously curled his lips. He thought, this truly is a case of a hero being unable to resist a beautiful woman.
But as Zhai Nizi's gaze fell on him, the smile on his face immediately vanished.
"Ahem, I'm sorry, I just thought of something happy. Since you don't want to continue talking, I won't disturb you." After Professor X finished speaking, he immediately tried to control his wheelchair to leave.
"Charles has trouble with his legs; I'll take him back." Magneto also found an excuse to slip away.
After the two left, Pierce and Nick Fury stayed put. They weren't being ignorant, but rather wanted to continue persuading Zhai Nizi.
"You two, have some fruit together." Zhai Nizi picked a grape from the fruit plate.
Just as Pierce was about to speak, Zhai Nizi instantly threw the grape into his mouth. The grape got stuck in his throat, and Pierce's face immediately turned crimson.
Zhai Nizi looked at Nick Fury, who was stunned to the side, and asked: "Aren't you going to help him?"
Nick Fury then got up and hugged Pierce, using the Heimlich maneuver to make Pierce spit out the grape, which rolled onto the floor.
Zhai Nizi said with disgust: "Pick up the grape, pick up the grape!"
Pierce coughed on the ground, then knelt and scurried over to pick up the grape from the floor.
Zhai Nizi walked over to Pierce, who was kneeling on the ground, grabbed his collar, and lifted him up, choking Pierce until his already red face began to turn purple.
"Don't think I don't know what you're plotting. Someone of your caliber is only fit to play with the Winter Soldier.
You are not allowed to appear in my manor again. If you do, I will kill you."
After Zhai Nizi finished speaking, Pierce's fearful eyes clearly showed an added shock, while the startled Nick Fury didn't hear anything about the Winter Soldier at all.
"You'd best not be too arrogant. You're not the only one this powerful in this World." Nick Fury, who was standing nearby, spoke.
Zhai Nizi let go of his hand and threw Pierce to the ground. Nick Fury quickly went over and helped the sweating Pierce up.
"Are you talking about Captain Marvel Carol Danvers? Or your Avengers initiative?"
Nick Fury froze upon hearing this, his face turning dark.
Pierce coughed a few more times, signaling Nick Fury to leave quickly.
"We're leaving."
After Pierce finished speaking, he also left the manor, supported by Nick Fury.
Only Zhai Nizi and the White Queen remained in the hall.
"Master, why didn't you kill those two? Do they also deserve to be pardoned?"
"No, they are not like you. They wouldn't dare to lay a hand on me."
The White Queen immediately knew she had said the wrong thing and lowered her head.
"Master, I'm sorry."
Zhai Nizi raised his hand and caressed the White Queen's hair, then placed his hand on her face.

She looked up at Zhai Nizi, and what she saw was a smiling face.
