Time flew by quickly, and Ning Yan safely passed the Original Host's death period. During this time, her boyfriend would transfer money to her now and then. Well, if he forgot, she would remind him: "Boyfriend, your girlfriend can't afford to eat, can you send some money?"

Ning Yan was lying on the living room sofa, eating ice cream. Hearing this, she rarely sat up: "Okay, you pick the place."

She changed into a white chiffon and lace long dress with a cinched waist. Paired with silver high heels, and wearing a mask and hat, Ning Yan grabbed her small white handbag and left.
She opened her phone and looked at the location Cheng Jue sent her. Why did this place feel a bit close?
The elevator doors opened, and she walked in, then she saw a familiar person.
Oh, not really familiar.
At most, it was a one-time encounter.
It was that handsome man in the gray suit.
After nearly two years, he seemed even more handsome. He had the aura of a superior, mature yet reserved.
The two exchanged glances, then quickly looked away. Ning Yan was about to press the floor, but oh, it was already pressed.
Coming out of the elevator, Ning Yan looked at the place name on her phone. She had originally planned to take a taxi, but looking at it now, it was completely unnecessary.
Out of the community gate, across the road, it was right there.
But why was this man still following behind her?
Five minutes later, Ning Yan stood outside a street-side coffee shop, looking at the man still following her. A certain guess suddenly formed in her mind.

She found table number six and sat down.
Just as she was about to call the waiter to order, someone sat across from her.
Ning Yan looked up at the person who had arrived, "Excuse me, this place is taken. Could you please find another seat?"
Cheng Jue had already confirmed that the woman in front of him was his girlfriend whom he had never met. He felt that there were so many pleasant surprises today; her voice was even better than her voice messages!
"Are you waiting for your boyfriend?"
Ning Yan blinked, "I really am waiting for my boyfriend, I'm not using that as an excuse to reject someone."
Cheng Jue smiled, "Then tell me, is there a possibility that I am your boyfriend?"
The waiter who had followed the two of them was completely dumbfounded!
He had seen many people reject others, but he had never seen anyone hit on someone like this gentleman!
Who wouldn't recognize their own boyfriend?
She already said this place was taken, and he still didn't leave—what thick skin!
Ning Yan only felt her face getting warm, then she took out her phone and dialed Cheng Jue's number.
The phone rang in the man's hand across from her.
Cheng Jue pressed the answer button and said, "Hello."
Ning Yan: "...You're really Cheng Jue?!"
Cheng Jue smiled brightly: "Yes, it's me."
Her eyes were so beautiful. If only he had taken the initiative to say hello when they first met, they would have recognized each other long ago.
Ning Yan hung up the phone, her eyes wide. Then, belatedly, she took off her sun hat and mask, "Hello, boyfriend, I am your girlfriend, Ning Yan."
